Hosting
All hosting fees are due at the first of the month. In the event that hosting fees are not paid by the 5th of the month your website will be suspended. There will be a $25 reconnection fee. If payment is not recieved by the 15th of the month your account will be removed from our system. If you would like us to recover any files that we may have in backups there will be a $100/hr. and a 1hr. minimum fee, and recovery time will be at a rate of $100 per hour.
Payments
Payments will be made by an automatic check draft. When setting up an account with us we will require you to fax a copy of a check and a copy of the client's drivers licence. Each month on the 1st of the month Great Web will draft the monthly fees from the checking account that we have on file.
Specific Systems Setup Fee
In the event that the clients' website has been disconnected and the client would like to re-establish his/her account with us and client was current on clients payments we will set up clients' website up without charging a setup fee or a reconnect fee.
Bad/Cancelled Check Fee
In the event that a client writes us a check that does not clear there will be a $25 fee added to the clients account.
Revisions to Terms and Conditions
Great Web Development, Inc. may at any time revise the
content of this site including the Terms and Conditions by updating the
information that is posted. You are bound by any such revisions and should
therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms and
Conditions to which you are bound.
